The purpose of our leaflets is more than just to announce events. That´s why we are adding elements of advice, so even if you do not attend our workshops, you still may have life-changing benefits just by trying the exercises that we propose here.

Few advices to improve your life (so, the life of the others as well)

1.Love yourself – this is the first step to love the others

2.Increase intimacy – not only in your bed but in your whole life

3.Prioritize your relationship – I believe love is the most important thing for you too. Never forget about it.

4.PC muscle:Training PC muscle is one of the most simple but also most efficient and beneficial technique that people can get from tantra.There are many health,physical,mental and sexual benefits of training that muscles. Next time when you go to toilet,on every breath in,stop urinating.Recognize clearly which muscles you use.That´s PC muscle.When you know them, squeeze them and relax them 30 times,3 times per day.Keep on practice.As you will notice training PC muscle is not visible for others and doesn´t take your attention,so it’s perfect to do it in all possible situations(I´m doing it even while I´m writing this text :)I bet with everyone that after 1 month training,you would be thankful for that information…and I haven’t loosen yet:)

5.Breathing: Observe your breath as often and as long as you can. It will calm you, detoxify you, energize you. It will increase your concentration and health. It will bring you to the here and now. It may open you for other dimensions not only in your love making but in your entire life.

6.Eat less meat, dairy products and more fruits, vegetables, organic, local, vegan, raw food… and enjoy it with full awareness!

7.Spend as much time in the nature as possible. Connect, respect <3 Re-create more nature around yourself

And here below we share some exercises that are among the most popular ones used in the tantric workshops:

8.Gazing eyes: Look in to each other eyes with as much sympathy, nice energy and love as feels comfortable for both of you. By doing so, we are making a soul connection.

9.Melting hug(opposite of¨Donald Duck¨hug)is when we are fully connected along whole length of our bodies.This creates a deep body connection.

Both exercises, when they´re done for longer than 30 seconds, can promote an opening magic in us. The energy is balanced, ¨happy¨ hormones start working for us, so the healing is happening as well.

10.Tantric communication: one person is only talking, the other person is only listening, then we switch the roles. The talking person is talking from the heart, that means they just say whatever comes to their mind. You don´t have to think about the consequences, or what the other person might think about you, etc. Just speak whatever comes up. The listening person is only listening. The intention is not to respond but to understand and be fully attentive. You choose the subjects, and take equal time for both of you (I would suggest 2-7 minutes ). By applying these methods in your life, you may in a much better way solve issues than by arguing. You may get to know better not only the partner, but yourself as well.

What we are going to experience during this workshop is a massage, where by your partner pressing particular points you are brought to your limits of pain and then stay there. In this way we are getting rid of our emotional pain, our energetic pain, what we have been carrying sometimes all our life.
From our upbringing, society, parents, teachers, religion, through life we created protection – Armour – which was supposed to save us from the things that may hurt us. There’s nothing bad in having that armour, but unfortunately we have it all the time.
For example, some of us are still ashamed to be naked during lovemaking, or to express our passion or even our voice. We are holding back our behaviours, our emotions in the areas of life where it would be most appropriate to use them.
The process of ‘de-armouring’ can give us back the freedom of using or not using our armour, to use our protection when we when we want to. As with all tantric healings, it may heal us from emotional pain, liberate us from conditioning, and from bad past memories mainly connected to our sexuality, etc.

Staring the session from the most efficient point to the third efficient one. For each point we spent around 20 minutes for pressing and 5 minutes ( depends from energy of the group ) for moving the energy along the spine without touching the body.

Learning about de armoring concept
Learning, exercising and exploring healing through releasing usually first physical, then emotional, then energetic pain.
Learning, exercising and exploring feeling the energy without touching when there is more openness for this
Removing the barriers from our beings what are holding us from living with our full potential, from enjoying life, love making, pleasure etc.
Healing our sexual traumas, past, resentments towards lovers or towards ways of making love…
Opening the senses from the limitations what before we didn´t even felt it
Learning, exercising and exploring giving love and staying together beyond happy soft moments but also in hard moments of healing, pain, vulnerability, emotions release etc.

Pointers:
Very important that we use only clear communication of the scale of the pain from 1 till 10. The expressions like: 7,5 or this is so painful, harder are very often the further questions: Does means is over the limits ? How much harder ? etc.
Its very important to realise that you´re doing it for the partner for her/his request, for healing, liberation and inner grow. The partner all the time is able to moderate the pain for softer pressure if she/he is not doing it it means clearly that she choose for the best effect for this session. Is up to you to be for her/him and support also mentally and emotionally the choice what she/he made. Of course could be hard, especially that we are conditioned ( not without good reasons, probably out of love ) to not to cause the pain and for sure not to our beloved, so maybe is good idea to see it also as mental removal of other condition and changing it into conscious choice.
Like with every massage but especially this one is important that the nails are cut shortly and timed smoothly. We don´t wanna cause wrong pain. When you are receiver and you still feel pain from the nail point it out by just saying “nail” , so it would be clear that something have to be done about it.
Especially when the weaker person is doing at the strong person, use your body weight to not get tired to easy. In case that your fingers will get tired change them but always warn the person about doing it. Because changing of energy it could be extremely painful. Also when your fingers are getting to weak consider using the knuckles or even the elbow. With the last one even more be sure about the location.
When the emotions are getting out, this time you don´t have to encourage the person verbally because you do it already by keeping the pressure at the points.
When you feel that the body physically is pushing your fingers out, that´s only reason to move the energy along the spine earlier.
At this level don´t think to much about how to move the energy and if the person feel it or not. We would go deeper in to it at the next workshop

Full Body Orgasm Massage without touching

This massage is based on energetic touch what doesn’t require physical touch. Still you may be able to bring the person to very deep full body energetic orgasm or if the body choose to deep energetic healing. This technique is also very useful in the cases when people are blocked for touch. I feel that nothing explain better than video with me as model of my teacher and student Flaviu Pop:

Pointers:
Most important in tantra and especially in this workshop what we have to learn is that we set up intentions but we are not attached to any goals. It is very important that we don´t get frustrated that we, our partner doesn´t seem to feel anything. You don´t have to achieve anything here. Just let it be. When you set up the intentions and you do your best, doesn´t matter if you or your partner feel something, energy anyway will work for you in the best possible way at the moment. Do not think to much about what you have to do it etc. It only create barriers for energy flow. It flows better beyond mind understanding.
Accept that some of the people are more kinesthetic and for those feeling, reacting to touch of energetic body would be more difficult. Realise that even the best masters of it do not always “succeed” how you see it.
As more you practice than you feel it more and you more open for this.
Don´t forget to always ask receiver before you start to breath circularly. It bring their attention to here and now and it support the energy flow.
Use the triggers frequently but not to often. Remember that this suppose to be energetic touch massage 🙂
When the person seems to be to much in their head, consider to bring the energy downwards, when the person is very sexual bring the energy upwards. You generate energy best on the first chakra.
Use what works.
When the being decided for the healing through releasing the emotions support the process by stimulating the energy where it´s triggering the process ( could be the heart ). Pull out the energy ( threads ) out of the chakras where you feel there are blockages.
After 20-40 minutes consider to finish the session by bringing the energy upward and by holding the hand of the person. Very often she/he is in the deep bliss. Let her/him enjoy it as long that she wish. It´s really empowering experience. No need to break it. Especially when you´re the lover, make sure that first what she/he will see when she/he will open eyes would be your eyes with attended smile. It brings beautiful connection.

Wat we gaan ervaren tijdens deze workshop is een massage, waarbij je doordat je partner bepaalde punten indrukt tot je pijngrenzen wordt gebracht en dan daar blijft. Op deze manier komen we af van onze emotionele pijn, onze energetische pijn, die we soms ons hele leven hebben gedragen.

Door onze opvoeding, maatschappij, ouders, leraren, religie, door het leven hebben we bescherming –Schild – gecreëerd die bedoeld was om ons te beschermen tegen de dingen die ons pijn kunnen doen. Er is niets mis mee om dat schild te hebben, maar helaas hebben we het de hele tijd.

Bijvoorbeeld, sommigen van ons zijn nog steeds beschaamd om naakt te zijn tijdens het vrijen, of om onze passie of zelfs onze stem te uiten. We houden onze gedragingen, onze emoties terug in de levensgebieden waar het meest passend zou zijn om ze te gebruiken.

Het proces van ‘de-armouring’ kan ons de vrijheid terug geven van het gebruiken of niet gebruiken van ons schild, om bescherming te gebruiken wanneer we dat willen. Veganism and world hunger awareness Tantra Movement new leaflet

Dear people, with our new leaflet we would like to rise awareness about the positive effects that a vegan diet has on health and environment.
What does tantra have to do with hungry children ?
It´s all about connection.
This beautiful believe that many teachings are sharing that “We are all one” tantra is transforming into a real experience. Through tantric love-making, massage or just exercise we may feel one, within ourself, as well as with our partner, with other people, animals, nature and the whole universe. When we feel everyone and everything as a part of us or ourself as a part of everything it´s natural that we want to cause just happiness and not pain or sadness.
We may generate an enormous energy, by making love all night and bringing that energy up instead of loosing it through peak orgasm and finishing after less than 10 minutes. This great energy we like to use to create more happiness in our own life and the lifes of others. With this deeper felling of connectedness, we are also able to feel pain of animals, abused women, hungry children etc… We like to use this beautiful and powerful energy to stop all of this and especially by to not cause it ourselves.
That´s unconditional love beyond limits. Share it !
It´s all about awareness.
So that´s why we would like to make you aware of a few crucial aspects of changing to a vegetarian, or even better a vegan diet, or at least by eating less meat to start with, that will help you as well as hungry children, animals, forests, water, air, the Earth, climate etc.
1. A vegan diet is one of the most healthy ones. Its benefits are increased energy, looking younger, a stronger immune system, healing effects for many diseases and many other benefits.
2. Animal agriculture causes an estimated 18 percent of all greenhouse gases. That’s roughly equivalent to emissions caused by the entire worldwide transport sector – every car, plane, train and boat on the planet combined.
3. Animal agriculture is responsible for up to 91 percent of the destruction of the Amazon rainforest. Up to 137 plant, animal and insect species are lost every day due to rainforest destruction.
4.Animal Agriculture is responsible for 20%-33% of all fresh water consumption in the world today. One steak takes 7,500 litres of water to produce. Yet around 1.2 billion people – almost one-fifth of the world’s population – face water shortages.
5. A dairy farm with 2,500 cows produces the same amount of waste as a city of 411,000 people. 130 times more animal waste than human waste is produced in the US. These huge cesspools of manure can emit toxic gases, contaminate drinking water, harbour disease-causing pathogens and kill wildlife.
6. 3/4 of the world’s fisheries are exploited or depleted. We could see fishless oceans by 2048. The fishes are the species who are most sensitive for pain.
7. 82% of starving children live in countries where food is fed to animals, and the animals are eaten by western countries. 1.5 acres can produce 37,000 pounds of plant-based food. 1.5 acres can produce 375 pounds of meat.
8. Livestock covers 45% of the earth’s total land.
9. 70 billion farmed animals are reared annually worldwide. More than 6 million animals are killed for food every hour.
10. Each day, a person who eats a vegan diet saves 1,100 gallons of water, 45 pounds of grain, 30 sq ft of forested land, 20 lbs CO2 equivalent, and one animal’s life.
11. A person who follows a vegan lifestyle produces the equivalent of 50 per cent less carbon dioxide than a meat-eater and uses an 11th of the oil, 1/13th of the water and 1/18th of the land.
12. Every time when you choose to eat vegan food imagine around yourself 16 hungry children who are smiling because they are thankful to you, that they may eat with you 🙂

Tantra Teachers Guide. Intro

Why I’m writing this book ?
Out of love to myself, to others, animals, nature etc… We are living in the times of big changes. Times what require from us big transformations. From one side many crisis’s: ecological, economical, social, mental, in relationships… etc.
Especially during the last century man kind brought the planet and the humanity in to the edge that we are starting to ask ourselves: “Would our children have a future ?” Doe to our ignorance and destruction would we witness the biggest extinction of life in all its forms ? Is it happening already ?
Misleading in the mass media are turning us in to unaware blind consumers, disconnected even from our own nature. Hardly anyone may see what is actually happening. We need most efficient solutions to bring the humanity back to love and back to nature.
Tantra as path of transformation may help us to change those challenges in to the opportunity to grow. It can make us rising up in love instead falling down in to addictions, what very often we are even not aware about.
When I walk over amazing beautiful Transylvania mountains, full of forests and wild nature . When I snorkel in Maldivian Coral reefs full of colors, full of so diverse, so beautiful and so many fishes. When I sit here, under coconut palms in the nature,   observing wild life and when I’m writing it, do I want it to end it ? When I have great conversations with my daughter, proud of her, feeling happy from how wonderful she is. Do I want to, that one day it would be over ? When I go deeper in to the love making with my beloved, when again we are discovering new ways of blissings – do I want that this would be finished by some atomic bomb, tsunami, earth shake or any other catastrophic scenario prepared by unconscious way of living in our modern times ? No I don’t. Nobody does.
I love my life. I love my family, people, animals, nature. I feel they’re part of my life,  maybe even part of me.
It feels good to take care for them, love them truly, stay connected etc…
For me, for them, for everyone and everything I feel that each of us could use their full potential to do everything what the situation is requiring us to do. Here and now, for better future, for all of us. For conscious world full of unconditional love, sacred sexuality and respect for mother nature.
Since I’m 14 years old ( maybe earlier ) I’m activist on all different ways and directions . I experience tantra since more than 9 years already. About 4 years ago I started to teach. I did it because I experienced one of the biggest transformation in my life and I though that everyone should be able to have a chance to achieve it either.
I was addicted from sex. Like with all addictions, you need stronger and stronger stimulation ( dose ) to get the same effect. There is no end on the path down. I started to do things against my own ethics. I was dishonest to myself , my wife and others.
I was falling deeper in to desires, unsatisfactions, frustrations, filling guilt and shame about things I did but was unable to stop them. I was driven by sex.
I was blessed to experience tantra on my way of life. Thankful to my beloved ex, who introduced me to that I started step by step healing my self. As someone said: “Sex could be your way to hell or to heaven. You choose. ” In the moment I meet tantra I got choice but so many, majority of people, they don’t even know that they may have a choice.

During my tantric practice I meet a lot of sexually abused people. During their healing i felt their pain and I was happy to support them. In the times that watching porn is easier than ever before, in the next generations, abuse rate, disrespect ( especially but not only ) towards women may increase like never before. That’s why promoting lovely and healthy approach to sexuality is very crucial in those times. That’s why healing aspect of tantra would be more and more important. There is many books about tantra but no one about teaching. There are more and more tantric teachers everywhere. We need them like never before. This book I hope will support this process and in the future would become example of sharing and a kind of platform where also others would share their experiences.  To be continued…

The purpose of our leaflets is more than just to announce our events. That´s why we are adding elements of advice that even iif you do not attend our events you still may have life-changing benefits just by trying the exercises that we propose here.

This time we will share some exercises that are among the most popular used at the tantric workshops ( We use them at our new events: Connecting Sundays ):

Gazing eyes: Look in to each other’s eyes with as much sympathy, nice energy and love as feels comfortable for both of you. By doing so, we are making a soul connection.

Melting hug ( the opposite of a ¨Donald Duck¨ hug ) is when we are fully connected along the whole length of our bodies. This creates a deep body connection.

Both exercises, when they´re done for longer than 30 seconds, can promote an opening magic in us. Energy is balancing, ¨happy¨ hormones start working for us, so the healing is happening as well.

Tantric communication: one person is only talking, the other person is only listening, then we switch roles. The talking person is talking from the heart, mening they just say whatever comes to mind. You don´t have to think about the consequences, or what the other person might think about you, etc. Just speak whatever comes up.

The listening person is only listening. The intention is not to respond but to understand and be fully attentive. You choose the subjects, and take equal time for both of you ( I would suggest 2-7 minutes ).

By applying these methods in your life, you may much better solve issues than by arguing. You may get to know not only the partner better, but yourself as well.

Het doel van onze folders is iets meer dan alleen over onze evenementen te verkondigen. Dat is waarom we aan de inhoud ook wat van de meest efficiënte adviezen toevoegen, waardoor je zelfs als je niet onze evenementen bijwoont nog levensveranderende voordelen kunt hebben alleen door het doen, uitproberen van oefeningen die we hier voorstellen.

Deze keer delen we wat oefeningen die tot de meest populair gebruikte oefeningen bij tantrische workshops behoren. (Wij gebruiken ze bij onze nieuwe evenementen: Verbindingszondagen.)

Starende ogen: Kijk elkaar in de ogen met zo veel sympathie, vriendelijke energie en liefde als comfortabel voelt voor jullie beiden. Op die manier maken we de zielsverbinding.

Versmeltingsknuffel (tegenovergestelde van “donald duck” knuffel) is wat gebeurt wanneer we volledig verbonden zijn over de gehele lengte van onze lichamen. Op die manier maak je diepe lichaamsverbinding.

Beide bovenstaande oefeningen openen magie in ons wanneer ze langer dan 30 seconden gedaan worden. Energie balanceert, “gelukkige” hormonen beginnen voor ons te werken, dus de heling vindt ook plaats.

Tantrische communicatie: Slechts één persoon is aan het praten, de andere persoon is alleen aan het luisteren, daarna wisselen we natuurlijk de rollen. De pratende persoon praat vanuit het hart. Dit betekent dat je gewoon zegt wat er maar naar je mond komt. Je hoeft niet na te denken over de gevolgen, over wat de andere persoon van je zal denken etc. etc. … Spreek gewoon uit wat er opkomt.

De luisterende persoon is alleen aan het luisteren. De intentie is niet te reageren maar te begrijpen en volledig aanwezig te zijn. Je kiest de onderwerpen en krijgt beiden evenveel tijd om te praten (Ik zou voorstellen tussen 2 en 7 minuten).

Door deze methoden toe te passen in je leven kun je problemen veel beter helpen oplossen dan door te redetwisten. Je kunt niet alleen de partner veel beter leren kennen maar ook jezelf.

De hoofdvisie van de ‘School Of Tantra Movement’ is het verspreiden van liefde. Het is het meest
belangrijke ding in ons leven en de grootste kracht om de wereld te veranderen om er een betere
plek van te maken.

Voor mij is seksualiteit het meest dichtbij, meest intieme en de mooiste uitdrukking van liefde.

Dit is wat ik in de workshops deel, maar ook in deze folder zal je aantreffen:

– Enig advies hoe je leven te verbeteren (wat ook invloed heeft op het leven van anderen)
– Jezelf lief te hebben – hetgeen de eerste stap is in het liefhebben van anderen
– Intimiteit te bevorderen – niet alleen in bed, maar in je gehele leven
– bepalen wat in je relatie van belang is – Ik geloof dat liefde ook voor jou het meeste belangrijke is. Vergeet dat nooit.

Wanneer je de volgende keer naar het toilet gaat, stop met urineren bij de inademing. De spieren die je gebruikt zijn de bekkenbodemspier. Knijp ze samen en ontspan ze 20 keer 3 keer per dag. Zoals bij iedere oefening, bouw het langzaam op. Doe het iedere dag langer tot 30, 40, 50… totdat je in staat zult zijn om het tenminste 3 minuten te doen. Blijf oefenen. Zoals je zult merken is het trainen van de bekkenbodemspier niet zichtbaar voor anderen en het eist niet je aandacht op, dus is het perfect om te doen in alle mogelijke situaties (ik doe het zelfs terwijl ik deze tekst schrijf :))

Ademen: Observeer je adem zo vaak en zo lang als je kan. Het zal je kalmeren, ontgiften, meer energiek maken.
Het zal je concentratie toenemen en je gezondheid. Het zal je in het ‘hier en nu’ brengen. Het zou je kunnen
openen voor andere dimensies, niet alleen in het vrijen maar in je gehele leven.

Eet minder vlees, melkproducten en meer fruit, groenten, natuurlijk, plaatselijk, veganistisch, rauw … en geniet ervan met volledige gewaarzijn!

Een gram van oefening is meer waard van 1000 gram theorie
Daarom gebruik het en verlies het niet.

Few advice to improve your life ( so, the life of the others as well )
Love yourself – this is the first step to love the others
Increase intimacy – not only in your bed but in your whole life
Prioritise your relationship – I believe love is most important for you too. Never forget about it.

PC muscle: Training the PC muscle, sometimes called “muscles of love” is one of the most simple but also most
efficient and beneficial technique, what people can get from tantra. There are many health, physical, mental and
sexual benefits of training that muscles.
When you next time go to the toilet, on every in breath stop urinating.  Recognise clearly what muscles are you using.
That’s PC muscle. When you know them, squeeze them and relax them 20 times, 3 times per day. Like with every
practise build it slowly. Every day increase till 30, 40, 50…till you would be able to do it at least for 3 minutes.
Keep on practise. As you will notice training the PC muscle is not visible for others and doesn’t take your attention,
so its perfect to do in all possible situations ( I’m doing it even, when I’m writing this text 🙂 I bet with everyone that
after one month training, you would be thankful for that information… and I didn’t loosed yet 🙂

Breathing: Observe your breath as often and as long as you can. It will calm you, detoxify you, energise you.
It will increase your concentration and health. It will bring you to the here and now. It may open you for other
dimensions not only in your love making but in your entire life.

Eat less meat,diary and more fruits, vegetables, organic, local, vegan, raw… and enjoy it with full awareness!

One gram of practice is worth more than 1000 of theory…
So use it, don’t loose it

Tantra Massage it is massage with use of sexual energy by stimulating also intimate parts of the body. It is a massage, where we build up that energy and then the person is coming before the point of no return and then instead of releasing it like it would be the goal in erotic massage, we bringing it up or/and spreading it in whole body. So this is deep work with energy, what include the connection between sexuality, love and spirituality ( sex, heart and head ) more about Tantra Massage would follow in the other answers like for example experiencing relaxation while being very conscious ( not almost sleeping like in other types of massage )
And here is offer of my tantric massages:
…Most important is connection. Bringing myself and you in to the state of energetic merging. If we are able to achieve that, everything will flow how it suppose to.
Deep healing may appear. Healing of your past, your presence, your future, healing of your body, your heart and your spirit, healing of your femininity and masculinity, healing of all other aspect of your life.

What means for you:
A) Admissibility and openness

Means that you are in attitude to be open for new things, new experience in your life, that you’re ready for that what would come. It maybe healing, ecstasy, loving energy, emotions, feelings… Of course to achieve admissibility person have to be ready and feeling save.
B) Relaxation: That you let yourself to be fully relaxed without falling to sleep. That you let your body to be heavy on the table, that you breath deeply,that you leave behind whole worries and stress of the common life, that you with trust surrender whatever will happen.

C) Being here and now it means following with full attention the hands. Observing with full awareness what is happening inside and outside of the body. Being conscious. Witnessing, observing the present moment with all your senses. And whenever you notice that you got out of that state , that you got cough by the thoughts you just without getting annoyed with yourself, you come back to observing the floating hands. Here and now

Tantra Massage is massage met gebruik van seksuele energie door ook intieme delen van het lichaam te stimuleren. Het is een massage waarbij we de energie opbouwen en dan komt de persoon bij het gevoel te gaan ejaculeren en in plaats van het te laten gebeuren, zoals het doel zou zijn bij erotische massage, brengen we de energie naar boven en/of spreiden het in het hele lichaam. Dus dit is diep werk met energie, inclusief de verbinding tussen seksualiteit, liefde en spiritualiteit (geslacht, hart en hoofd). Meer over Tantra Massage volgt in de andere antwoorden zoals bijvoorbeeld het ervaren van ontspanning terwijl je heel bewust bent (niet bijna in slaap zoals bij andere soorten massage)

Wanneer je de volgende keer naar het toilet gaat, stop met urineren bij de inademing. De spieren die je gebruikt zijn de bekkenbodemspier. Knijp ze samen en ontspan ze 20 keer 3 keer per dag. Zoals bij iedere oefening, bouw het langzaam op. Doe het iedere dag langer tot 30, 40, 50… totdat je in staat zult zijn om het tenminste 3 minuten te doen. Blijf oefenen. Zoals je zult merken is het trainen van de bekkenbodemspier niet zichtbaar voor anderen en het eist niet je aandacht op, dus is het perfect om te doen in alle mogelijke situaties (ik doe het zelfs terwijl ik deze tekst schrijf :))

Wat betekent voor jou:
A) Toelaatbaarheid en openheid
Het betekent dat je in een houding bent om open te staan voor nieuwe dingen, nieuwe ervaring in je leven, dat je klaar bent voor dat wat zal komen. Het kan genezing zijn, extase, liefdevolle energie, emoties, gevoelens… Om toelaatbaarheid te bereiken moet een persoon natuurlijk klaar zijn en zich veilig voelen.
B) Ontspanning: Dat je jezelf volledig ontspannen laat zijn zonder in slaap te vallen. Dat je je lichaam zwaar laat zijn op de tafel, dat je diep ademhaalt, dat je de zorgen en stress van het gewone leven achterlaat, dat je met vertrouwen overgeeft aan wat er ook zal gebeuren.
C) Hier en nu zijn betekent met volle aandacht de handen volgen. Observeren met volledig bewustzijn wat er binnen en buiten het lichaam gebeurt. Bewust zijn. Getuigen, observeren van het huidige moment met al je zintuigen. En wanneer je merkt dat je uit die toestand raakt, dat je in gedachten belandt, kom je gewoon zonder geërgerd te raken naar jezelf, terug naar het observeren van de handen. Hier en nu.

PC muscle: Training the PC muscle, sometimes called “muscles of love” is one of the most simple but also most
efficient and beneficial technique, what people can get from tantra. There are many health, physical, mental and
sexual benefits of training that muscles.
When you next time go to the toilet, on every in breath stop urinating.  Recognise clearly what muscles are you using.
That’s PC muscle. When you know them, squeeze them and relax them 20 times, 3 times per day. Like with every
practise build it slowly. Every day increase till 30, 40, 50…till you would be able to do it at least for 3 minutes.
Keep on practise. As you will notice training the PC muscle is not visible for others and doesn’t take your attention,
so its perfect to do in all possible situations ( I’m doing it even, when I’m writing this text 🙂 I bet with everyone that
after one month training, you would be thankful for that information… and I didn’t loosed yet 🙂

Breathing: Observe your breath as often and as long as you can. It will calm you, detoxify you, energise you.
It will increase your concentration and health. It will bring you to the here and now. It may open you for other
dimensions not only in your love making but in your entire life.

Eat less meat,diary and more fruits, vegetables, organic, local, vegan, raw… and enjoy it with full awareness!

One gram of practice is worth more than 1000 of theory…
So use it, don’t loose it
