Taste of Tantra Workshop
Are you curious about what Tantra is and how it can enhance your life and relationships? Join us for this introductory workshop where you’ll experience simple and safe exercises that can be practiced alone or with your partner. By following the instructions in this workshop, you can quickly and significantly improve your life.

In this workshop, we’ll provide a sample of what you can expect in our full Tantra course at the School of Tantra Movement. We’ll cover the theory of what Tantra means to us and how we practically apply it, sexual meditation, training the PC muscle, open communication, recognising your Inner Man and Inner Woman, awakening the senses meditation, and awareness massage.

The longer and more conscious we relate, the deeper our connections become, amplifying the impact of everything we do.

Our ultimate goal is for you to connect with all aspects of yourself, love, tantra, and life. We encourage you to connect with your body, heart, mind, and spirit, your masculine and feminine energies, your inner child, and your entire universe.

Our connecting events cover a range of topics, such as boundaries, exploring Tantra, understanding male and female energies, and fostering connection. We hope to see you there and potentially continue the journey together at our upcoming retreats and courses.
