At Tantra Movement, we operate as an independent, community-based school. Our programs are intentionally intimate and require advance preparation, team commitments, venue agreements, and community investments.
For this reason, we maintain a clear and transparent booking policy.
Your place in a training or retreat is secured only after full payment or agreed deposit is received.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
All payments are non-refundable.
As a small independent school, funds received are immediately allocated toward:
• Venue preparation
• Staff and facilitator commitments
• Community infrastructure
• Operational and production costs
• Long-term sustainability of the school
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
We encourage all participants to ensure personal readiness and availability before enrolling.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
Your payment may be transferred to another training within 12 months, subject to availability.
You may transfer your participation to another eligible participant up to 30 days before the training start date.
Name changes must be confirmed in writing.
If Tantra Movement postpones or relocates a training:
• Your payment will automatically transfer to the new date.
• If the new date is not suitable, you may transfer to another program within 18 months.
Refunds are not issued due to rescheduling, as operational commitments remain in place.
For participants joining volunteer or work-exchange arrangements:
Accommodation is offered in exchange for agreed community contribution hours.
If a participant withdraws early, unused time or services are not refundable or compensable.
In rare and extraordinary cases (serious medical emergency or force majeure), requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, and unexpected events.
